Manchester United was linked to a decision for the West Ham United striker Mohammed Kudus.
According to a United in focus report, the first League giants explored an exchange agreement involving international Ghana and Jadon Sancho. However, West Ham is not sure of a decision for the international striker of England and, therefore, the talks have broken down.
The report says Kudus was ready to join Manchester United this summer. It remains to be seen if the Red Devils decide to take a step for him in the coming weeks. Kudus is also on Newcastle United radar.
Man United could use Mohammed Kudus
The 24 -year -old was a key player for West Ham, and he proven himself in the Premier League. There is no doubt that it would be an exceptional acquisition for Manchester United. He is able to operate anywhere on the three before, and he would add goals and creativity to the side.
The 24 -year -old was described as a “high talent” by his West Ham teammate, Aaron Cresswell. He is still relatively young and he could improve more with coaching and experience. Regular football at a high level could bring out the best of him.
Manchester United needs to attack reinforcements and to sign an artist proven in the Premier League would be a judicious decision. It remains to be seen how the situation is developing. The Hammers are open to sell it.
Jadon Sancho needs to settle his future
Meanwhile, Sancho will seek to settle his future in the long term this summer and focus on his football. He was loaned to Chelsea last season, and the Blues had the opportunity to sign him permanently. They have not yet exercised the option, and it will be interesting to see where it ends.
As for Kudus, he has shown his capacities with hammers, and he will seek to compete at a higher level now. Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in the world, and the opportunity to join them could be quite exciting for him.
