Microsoft Copilot is now a blob that speaks on Samsung televisions

Copilot, the AI assistant from Microsoft which is integrated into Windows and Microsoft 365, makes the jump in your living room. The company that selects Samsung TVS will now be able to access Copilot to ask questions and receive recommendations via the vocal chat, with the AI assistant represented on your screen as a speaking blob.
Based on the examples of Microsoft, Copilot can summarize emissions, offer film suggestions and answer general questions of knowledge. It can also go beyond the expressed answers (which are apparently synchronized with the animated movements of the Blob mouth) and include visual aid, such as a card with a film summary and a rotten score of tomatoes. You don’t need to have a Microsoft account to use Copilot on your TV, but Microsoft says that it offers additional customizations and the possibility for AI to reference past cats if you do.
Copilot’s Blub-Iified appearance is part of a larger overhaul that made the chatbot interface more personalized and friendly. In addition to being a productivity tool, Microsoft is interested in positioning Copilot as a “companion” with a visual representation that you can customize. The larger customization game is not yet available, but put Copilot in a relaxed setting as your lounge corresponds to this global objective. The integration of Copilot was also announced as part of. On New, Copilot joins a collection of AI features developed by Samsung for the automatic translation of subtitles and the identification of people and products on the screen.
Copilot is available in markets selected on the 2025 versions of “Micro RGB of Samsung, Neo Qled, Oled, The Frame Pro, The Frame, as well as the smart monitors M7, M8 and M9”, explains Microsoft. You can launch Copilot by clicking on its icon in the Applications tab or using a voice command. Once the application is loaded, you can speak to the wizard by pressing the micro button on your Samsung remote control.
