“Over the past few weeks there has been a lot of speculation surrounding my life and I think it is important for me to speak out at this time. I am a very private person and I would like to keep it that way, but I must make it clear that the wedding is off,” she said.“I would like to close this matter here and implore all of you to do the same. I ask that you respect the privacy of both families at this time and allow us the space to process and move forward at our own pace,” she added.Mandhana also highlighted his dedication to cricket and his aim to represent India at the highest level.Describing herself as a “very private person,” Mandhana said she felt compelled to set the record straight.She asked fans and the public to “respect the privacy of both families” and give them “space to process and move forward.”As she prepares for India’s upcoming international season, Mandhana stressed that her focus is still on cricket.“I believe there is a higher purpose that drives us all and for me it has always been to represent my country at the highest level.
