After having hired many best researchers from the OPENAI, Google and Apple AI and for several hundred dollars (or in one case, a billion dollars) of remuneration packages in a recruitment frenzy that shares the technology industry, the co-founder and the CEO Mark Zuckerberg shares more on his vision of “super-reference”.
In a new raw text note published on the web today (full text below), Zuck writes: “In the past few months, we have started to see glimpse of our AI systems to improve. The improvement is slow for the moment, but undeniable. The development of superintelligence is now in sight.”
He continues by sharing more on his vision and the meta of superintelligence and how personalized it should be – in accordance with the entire fleet of Meta products such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Threads and its AR glasses and VR helmets, which all allow the user a certain level of personalization and personalized content.

The co-founder and CEO of Openai, Sam Altman, recently said at a conference in Washington, DC, that AI would cause entire categories of “totally, completely disappeared” jobs calling customer service as an area where automated AI systems would probably dominate.
Instead, Zuck offers a different vision as a counter:
“In Meta, we believe that people pursuing their individual aspirations are the way we have always made progress expanding prosperity, science, health and culture. It will be more and more important in the future also … The rest of this decade seems to be the decisive period to determine the path that this technology will take, and if the super aircraft will be a tool for strengthening or a force focused on the replacement of Swaths in the company. In a video published with the note on X and other social channels, Zuck says: “In Meta, we believe that we must put the power of superintendent in the hands of people to direct it towards what they appreciate in their own life.
However, it is actually quite similar to the vision shared by Altman on his personal website almost a year ago to date: “It will not happen everything at once, but we will soon be able to work with AI which helps us to accomplish much more than ever without AI; We can finally have a team of people, full of virtual experts in different fields, working together to create almost everything we can imagine. ”
And last month, Altman wrote again on his blog:
“”We (all the industry, not just Openai) build a brain for the world. It will be extremely personalized and easy to use for everyone; We will be limited by good ideas. For a long time, technicians in the start -up industry make fun of “The Idea Guys”; People who had an idea and were looking for a team to build it. It now seems to me as if they are about to have their day in the sun.
Openai is a lot now, but before anything else, we are a research company of superintendent. We have a lot of work in front of us, but most of the way in front of us is now lit and the dark areas are quickly moving away.“”

In recent months, we have started to see overviews of our AI systems improve. The improvement is slow for the moment, but undeniable. The development of superintelligence is now in sight.
It seems clear that in the years to come, AI will improve all our existing systems and allow the creation and discovery of new things that cannot be imagined today. But this is an open question to which we will direct superintendent.
In some respects, it will be a new era for humanity, but in others, it is only a continuation of historical trends. Recently 200 years ago, 90% of agricultural people cultivated food to survive. Technological progress has regularly released a large part of humanity to focus less on subsistence and more on the activities we choose. At each stage, people used our new productivity to achieve more than what was possible, pushing the borders of science and health, as well as spending more time in creativity, culture, relationships and enjoying life.
I am extremely optimistic that superintelligence will help humanity to accelerate our pace of progress. But perhaps even more important is that superintendent has the potential to start a new era of personal empowerment where people will have a greater agency to improve the world in the directions they choose.
As deep as the abundance produced by AI can one day be, an even more significant impact on our lives will probably come from all those who have a personal superintendent that helps you achieve your goals, create what you want to see in the world, live an adventure, be a better friend for those who care and grow to become the person you are aspiring.

We believe that the advantages of superintendent should be shared with the world as widely as possible. That said, superintendent will raise new security problems. We must be rigorous to alleviate these risks and pay attention to what we choose at the open source. However, we believe that the construction of a free society requires that we are going to empower people as much as possible.
The rest of this decade seems to be the decisive period to determine the path that this technology will take, and if superintelligence will be a tool for personal empowerment or a force focused on the replacement of large expanses of the company.
