Louis Partridge talks about mastery of Irish accent for “House of Guinness”

Louis Partridge, who is preparing to decorate television screens in one of his greatest career role to date, has opened the way he formed for his Irish accent for the next series Guinness house.

The show follows the history of the Guinness family dynasty. Located in 1868 Dublin (and New York), it began after the death of Sir Benjamin Guinness, the brasserie magnate which built the Guinness Empire.

Leaving a shocking will in which two of his four children, Arthur and Edward, are required to manage the brewery jointly or to lose their inheritance.

Meanwhile, the other brothers and sisters, Anne and Benjamin, are indeed excluded from the company, nicknamed too vulnerable to temptation or unfit to endure the burden of leadership.

Since the original Guinness family came from Dublin, being perfected the Irish accent was a requirement, that the Enola Holmes Star has seen a challenge.

“It was a bit intimidating, being a bit of a fish out of the water,” he said at the exit. “But that helped listen to a lot of Irish accents.”

He continued: “Taking out drinking with them was a good way to bond. I didn’t know many Irish in my time, but it was a real chance to enter the belly of the beast.”

Anthony Boyle embodies Arthur Guinness alongside Partridge as Edward Guinness and Fionn O’Shea as Benjamin Guinness, Emily Fairn as Anne Guinness and James Norton portray Sean Fleerty.

Season one of Guinness house should be presented on Netflix on September 25.
