Netflix Drops ‘Stranger Things 5’ Finale Screening Locations, So Get Your Tickets Now

This month, Stranger Things 5 is expected to be a farewell and celebration for fans, with the finale episode debuting in theaters as a celebratory event. Tuesday, Netflix has shared a list of all participating screening locations, pointing to this site to reserve your seats: www.ST5Finale.com.
In October, the streamer announced that the final installment would be released in select locations, in 350 theaters across the United States and Canada, on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. And on Monday, the company launched a holiday-themed campaign Virtual Christmas log for the show (with KPop Demon Hunters and Wednesday).
Rooted in the pop culture zeitgeist, the hit series makes its final run on Netflix in three volumesthe first being currently available since November 26, followed by volume 2 on December 25 and the finale on December 31. Each part of this final season will air on Netflix at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT), with the final episode turning out to be two hours long.
Stranger Things 5 takes place in the fall of 1987 and Hawkins, Indiana is under a government lockdown. Eleven keeps a low profile, Max is in a coma, but the gang is united in their mission: to find Vecna and get rid of him once and for all. As the anniversary of Will Byers’ disappearance approaches, there’s added concern in the air. This final season brings back the core team and introduces some new faces: Jake Connelly as Derek Turnbow, Alex Breaux as Lt. Akers, and Linda Hamilton as Dr. Kay.
