Lewis Capaldi explains how therapy has helped rebuild his career

Lewis Capaldi opened how the therapy helped him regain his strength after being diagnosed with Tourette syndrome in 2023.

Capaldi shared his two years of experience in therapy in an Instagram coil, where he spoke of his mental health and returning to music.

In collaboration with Betterhelp, the Scottish singer of the video said: “Therapy has been a massive part of my last two years, a massive part of the reason why I have become a musician again. I have the impression that if I can be part of the sharing with other people, why not?”

THE Grace Singer also shared what he accepted from therapy, saying he “will always be an anxious person”.

“I think that accepting that it will always be there for me is a great thing. This is the way I react to anxiety,” he added. “For me, it’s accepting that I’m always going to have that kind of thing there.”
