King Charles’s shocking decision stimulates indignation in Canada

King Charles’ shock decision arouses indignation in Canada

King Charles III left the Canadians “not impressed” by his surprising decision before this visit to the country.

The 76-year-old man apparently triggered indignation with his last decision as Prime Minister Mark Carney said that Canada was not “impressed” by the King’s invitation to Donald Trump for an unprecedented second state visit to the United Kingdom.

The newly elected Prime Minister made the comments when Trump has challenged Canada’s sovereignty and suggesting that he should become the 51st state of the United States.

The former British colony is also a key member of the Commonwealth and considers King Charles as his head of state.

“I think, to be frank, they [Canadians] were not impressed by this gesture … Given the circumstances, “said Carney News.

“It was at a time when we were quite clear about the problems of sovereignty.”

It should be mentioned here that Carney, a former governor of the Bank of England, led his electoral campaign to resist Trump’s pricing plans and threats to make Canada a state of the United States. He reiterated to the American president that Canada will “never” be part of the United States.

King Charles will make history to become the first British monarch to open the Canadian Parliament in 50 years.
