Kate Beckinsale has a legal action against Canary Black producers

Kate Beckinsale recently brought legal action against the Canary black Producers of serious injuries and “dangerous conditions” on a film set.
THE Pearl Harbor The actress accused the production company of the film, Anton Entertainment Media Services, Inc. and its employees, including producer John Zois, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and battery in a complaint filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court on May 21.
Kate revealed that she had first undergone a complex meniscus tear in her left knee during filming in December 2022. She then needed surgery, which later interrupted production for months.
However, the complaint affirmed that the actress had returned to the adjustment, while her orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Jason Snibbe, explained that she should not be invited to make waterfalls that implied the race, the jump, the jump of harnesses, the suspension, the Tabatt or the kicks.
But Dr. Jason’s requests would have been ignored, in accordance with the complaint.

“If you try to kill a person, you are doing a great job,” wrote the actress.
The complaint added that John replied and agreed to shorten the actress’s “unbearable” work days, saying: “I don’t know what to say other than you are right.”
