The Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), Dutch game regulator, has issued warnings to Zebet and Star Casino to impose betting requirements on players.
This practice is only authorized with bonus offers under specific conditions as indicated by KSA.
In his declaration, the authority of the Netherlands pointed out that providers must process withdrawals as soon as possible: “If a player requests it, the balance of his player must be reimbursed immediately by the supplier. A supplier cannot impose structural conditions preceding immediate payments. Players’ balances must therefore be reimbursed without unnecessary delay, ”said Kansspelautoriteit.
The warning of the Paris platforms came after a player complained of not being able to withdraw from the deposited funds from Zebet, but in response, the operator assigned the problem to a technical error.
Zebet pointed out that the players who contacted customer service had received reimbursements without any Paris requirement, and in the issue that was reported, Zebet corrected it the same day, the KSA convinced that a warning was sufficient.

The KansssssssssssssssssSpelautorite probe also discovered contradictory terms in the conditions of Star Casino concerning betting and rest rules.
After the discussions, Star Casino confirmed that he was treating payments without delay and has since revised his conditions.
Standard expectations and other rules were previously communicated to all providers in March 2024.
In addition, Kansspelautoriteit recently discussed Zebetting and Betca for having offered Paris markets prohibited on tennis matches, which violates Dutch regulations. The two operators stopped these offers and respected the instructions to prevent future violations.
