“ Journey becomes lonely, like … ”: Anil Agarwal warns the young founders on the grid on the rise of entrepreneurship

Young founders often find themselves sailing on a ruthless path. Under the surface of the financing and buzz announcements of startups is a punitive version – marked by long nights, high issues and emotional tolls that little outside the circle really understand.
Financial uncertainty, the burden of leadership and the quiet isolation sting weigh heavily on those who try to build something from anything. It is a lonely ascent, where even small victories have a personal cost – and often, without anyone with whom to share them.
Anil Agarwal, president of Vedanta Group, withdrew the curtain on these struggles in a frank post, fixing the emotional assessment of entrepreneurship.
“Every day, you make decisions that could advance your dream or take a step back. It’s like shouting in the void,” wrote Agarwal on X (formerly Twitter).
Addressing the young founders directly, he added: “The journey you chose?” It becomes alone. The first years want to live in a pressure cooker … as to build in darkness. ”
Agarwal has reflected in the deep sense of loneliness that many founders are confronted despite them surrounded by teams and supporters. “Kehne Ko Saath Apne Ek Duniya Chalti Hai, but the truth is that most people around you will not get it. Not because they don’t care, but because they never had to believe in something invisible,” he said.
By pulling a lively analogy, he added: “Mount Everest Ki Chadhai Pe Bheed Nahi Hati … The more you go up, the less people you see. But that doesn’t mean you are lost. It just means that you are on a rare path. ”
He closed with a personal memory to anchor his message. “And the most lonely nights, find something that reminds you of the house. For me, it was Maaji ki shawl in a cold London dish. Remember: Safar Bhale Hi Akela Ho, Raasta Apna Hona Chahiye… ”
