Jonathan Bailey has finally responded about the fantasies surrounding him regarding the role of comic book hero Batman in James Gunn’s DCU.
The 59-year-old has already confirmed a Batman film from his DC universe, which he named, The brave and the bold.
However, he has not yet chosen the actor who will play the lead role.
But many fans have shared their ideas regarding which actors would be perfect for the role. Some of the fans in attendance include names like Alan Ritchson, Robert Pattinson, Brandon Sklenar, Henry Cavill and Jonathan Bailey.

THE Wicked star, who had just been named “Sexiest Man Alive 2025”, appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s show. Tonight Showhe shared his thoughts on all the fantasies surrounding him.
During the conversation, the 37-year-old said: “Would I do Batman? I grew up with Val Kilmer, George Clooney, obviously Christian Bale and Robert Pattinson.”
While admitting that playing the DC hero is a legacy, Bailey shared who knows he might play it one day.
“I think James Gunn is amazing. Who knows,” added the The Bridgerton Chronicles star.
As of now, there is no confirmation regarding the casting of Batman in The brave and the bold because the creators have not yet started this process.
