The T20I series of five games between Indian women and women in England should start on Saturday June 28 and will take place until July 12. She marks the first tour of the Indian women’s team in England since 2022, where they have undergone a 2-1 defeat in the T20i series.

The infamous places like Nottingham, Bristol, The Oval, Manchester and Birmingham will host the series full of action.

Harmanpreet Kaur will direct the Indian outfit, while having the presence of experienced players like Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues and Deepti Sharma. Shafali Verma returns after the T20 World Cup released in 2024 in India.

On the other hand, England will be captain by the versatile Veteran Nat Sciver-Brunt. She will expect coherent performances by Tammy Beaumont and Sophie Ecclestone.

The two teams come a victory of the T20I series against the same team, the Antilles. India welcomed the Caribbean team and won a victory in the 2-1 series. Meanwhile, England also returned with the same result in a series of three games against the Antilles.

The last T20I series between England and India in December 2023 saw the women of England winning a 2-1 victory. Among the current members of the team, Nat Sciver-Brunt (93 points) and Sophie Ecclestone (seven counters) were the best interpreters in England. Smriti Mandhana (93 points) and Deepti Sharma (two counters) did well for the Indian team.
