Jennifer Lopez’s science fiction creature blockbuster has just arrived on Netflix

If you grew up watching the Syfy Child Channel, you have probably witnessed your fair share of low -budget creatures. One of the greatest undisputed films of all time in this genre is the years 1997 Anacondawho took the scale and the excitement of Jaws And applied it to massive tropical forest snakes in place of a furious shark.
If you have not yet had the pleasure of consulting this film, or if you are just desperately late for a Rewatch, you can broadcast Anaconda on Netflix. The film was added to the Streamer catalog on August 1.
Anaconda

Anaconda was written by Komodo Scribe Hans Bauer, in collaboration with the scripting duo of Jim Cash and Jack Epps Jr., who are best known for having co-written the Classic Action of the 80s at the top of the 80s Top gun. The film was directed by Luis Llosa and features Jon Voight, Jennifer Lopez, Owen Wilson, Danny Trejo and the legendary rapper Ice Cube. The emblematic actor Scooby-Doo and Megatron Voice Frank Welker also lends his voice to the film, providing the growing roar of the eponymous snake.
Convicted from the start

As you can probably imagine, Anaconda Focus on a massive snake because it terrorizes a documentary shooting team crossing the Amazon river on a small boat. The crew is led by an anthropologist passionate named by Steven Cale, who believes that he can use the film to educate the public on the long extinguished Shirishamas tribe which used to live along the river.
After calling on a Paraguayan snake hunter named Paul Serona, the crew quickly learns that Serone’s intentions are far from altruistic, as he intends to requisition their ship and use it to hunt and capture a record green Anaconda to sell on the black market.
Campy creature function

To the chagrin of all the people involved, nature had other plans for the 25 -foot long snake, while the creature begins to track down and shoot each member of the crew, while breaking the boat along the way.
The result is a Jaws– Style creature functionality combined with the slasher elements of A nightmare on Elm Street. There is no need to dive into the spoiler territory for Anaconda Here, but it is enough to say that the film contains a dark, twisted punch and sometimes Campy, which will surely leave you on the edge of your seat.
A classic “stinking” cult

Despite the status of the film as something of a classic cult, Anaconda received exceptionally mediocre criticisms during the publication. The film clearly does not try to be a competitor of the high -speed pulitzer price, and pays its premise well, but offers little substance to elite film reviews which believe that each film should have the merit of writing Citizen Kane. Actually, Anaconda I received such bad reviews that the film was nominated for more than a dozen Golden Raspberry Awards, and won two Bad Movie Awards “Stinkers”.
Broadcast Anaconda on Netflix while you can still

Even with negative criticisms, I think Anaconda is an explosion, and not only because I burned it permanently in my brain by looking at it on VHS about 650 times throughout my childhood. If you want to check Anaconda Today, the film is in trouble on Netflix now.
