According to The Mary Sue, on Wednesday, January 7, Abbot Elementary star Janelle James appeared alongside Connor Storie after presenting an award at the Actor’s Award, which is set to premiere in March. During their red carpet interview, James was first asked to share advice on Storie’s apparent newfound fame. Then the interviewer continued with:
“So when you look at Connor now and you think about those scenes from ‘Heated Rivalry,’ what’s going through your mind?”
In response, James explained that these scenes are not what she is thinking of. Instead, she explained that she was focusing on Storie’s impressive Russian accent and acting skills. Additionally, she added that she was focused on how he fit the role of a “leading man.”
