James Gunn’s film Superman obtained a teaser of about 2 minutes last year, and now fans can see more David Corenswet as the steel man in the first full trailer.
The epic of superheroes flies in theaters on July 11 (two weeks before Marvel’s The Fantastic Four: First Steps). It is the first film in the DC universe of Gunn and Peter Safran and presents a hero “which is motivated by compassion and an inherent belief in the goodness of humanity”, according to a synopsis.
Superman, written and directed by Gunn, features Rachel Brosnahan in the role of Lane and Nicholas Hoult laws like Lex Luthor. The preview of last December included Superman saving an explosion, Krypto the Superdog helping the beaten hero and a look at the character’s Clark Kent side.
In addition to Brosnahan, Hoult and Corenswet, the cinema features Isabela Merced, Edi Gathegi, Anthony Carrigan, Nathan Fillion, Skyler Gisondo, Sara Sampaio, MarÃa Gabriela de FarÃa, Wendell Pierce, Alan Tudyk, Pruitt Taylor and Neva Howell.
