Jacob Elardi breaks silence on casting reviews “Wuthering Heights”

Jacob Elardi recently discussed online reactions surrounding his Wuthering Heights foundry.

The actor, who plays the role of Heathcliff in the coming adaptation of Emerald Fennell of the classic novel by Emily Bronte, was criticized by his involvement in the project because the character is described as “a dark skin gypsy with black eyes” which is far from the appearance of Jacob.

Another point of discussion is their age because the novel represents both Heathcliff and Catherine (played by Margot Robbie) are not mature adults.

The third most important point is the character of Jacob sporting a gold tooth and sheep in the film.
