Isla Fisher has revealed that life has been difficult since her divorce from Sacha Baron Cohen, but the rebuilding process is rewarding.
The former couple, who share three children together, announced their marriage after 23 years together.
Fisher has now moved to London and is embracing a new version of herself as a single woman.
“Trying to create a new life from the ground up, at least emotionally, has been challenging, but deeply rewarding,” she added.
Isla opened up about how she’s enjoying the single life by spending a lot of “me” time.
She said Elle Decoration magazine, “I’m enjoying this new version of my life. I don’t have to party at home anymore. I love taking a bath. I light candles, bring my laptop and put something on Netflix. It’s as exciting as it gets.”
THE Confessions of a Shopaholic The star revealed that when her furniture arrived at her new home, she couldn’t control her emotions as it was the first time “as a single woman, in my own house.”
On the work front, Isla is currently busy promoting her upcoming film. Now you see me 3 with Jesse Eisenberg, Dave Franco and Woody Harrelson.
The crime thriller is set to release on November 14.
