India can forge its own development model, explains Mukesh Ambani to Ril AGM 2025

RIL’s president and managing director, Mukesh Ambani, addressing the AGA of Reliance Industries 2025, said that India needed no modern model; The country has both the ability and the responsibility of creating a development model focused on India.

“This model will bring prosperity and security in India, will improve the quality of life of each Indian and protect the environment. It will also harmonize technology with democracy, the economy with culture, spirituality with science and national aspirations with global friendship,” said Ambani.

He stressed that this vision reflects the collective dream of nearly 1.5 billion Indians – to build a nation that leads the world in prosperity and compassion.

Ambani also underlined the transformative role of technology, saying: “Artificial intelligence can now be called Kam Dhenu. Although uncertainty surrounds us, humanity is always at the threshold of a golden age in the 21st century – an age defined by rarity, but by superbun and superb to the 8 billion people on this planet.”

He noted that this era of abundance has become possible due to breakthroughs in clean energy, which unlocks a future of sustainability, security and hope of attacking the climate crisis.

Before AGA, industry reliance actions were negotiated slightly more at Rs 1.386.00 on the NSE. The stock has earned more than 15% in the last six months and has increased by more than 13% in 2025 so far. Its price / profit ratio is currently at around 20.
