Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson return for Sunrise on the Reaping

Jennifer Laurent And Josh Hutcherson will come back for Hunger Games: Sunrise over the Harvest.

Lawrence, 35, and Hutcherson, 33, will appear in the upcoming prequel film. several media outlets reported on Wednesday, December 10. The couple will reprise their roles as Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, respectively, in a flash forward epilogue.

Hutcherson said earlier this year that he would be interested in returning to hunger games franchise if the opportunity presented itself.

“I would love to be back on set with Francis, with Jen, with Liam [Hemsworth]with Woody,” he said Variety in November. “It wouldn’t take much convincing at all. I’ll be there in a heartbeat.”

Lawrence, for his part, also expressed similar sentiments.

“He’s a very big and important character, and they needed to get it right. So obviously, they put a little strain on me,” Zada, 20, said.
