How to stay on the right track during the holidays, without missing!

This is this time of year – foliday, festive activities and delicious treats wherever you turn.
We know how difficult it can be to sail in the holiday season without giving up your goals + always take advantage of you so that we have advice to help you!
1. Move the application – wherever you are
The holidays are already so busy and chaotic with vacation purchases, family in town, etc. So finding the time to go to a training course is the last thing you want to insist on.

4. Stay hydrated + sleep a lot
Even during all the holiday festivities, don’t forget to take care of yourself. Stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water throughout the day, especially if you will appreciate cocktails during the holidays. Aim at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night to support your general well-being and help you withstand the temptation of unhealthy snacks when you are tired.
