The Frost Halo is available in the Black Market for 100 Essence of Frost. Alternately, Winter Chests are guaranteed loot during the Krampus boss battle, from which the Frost Halo drops as Special quality item. You can also purchase Winter Chests from the Black Market for five essences of frost.
The Winter Chest includes other items like the Twin Cryoblasters, the Frosted set, and more. Its item pool is rich in high-value items, making the chest worth farming during the event. Note that the Winter Event will only be active for a limited time, after which it and associated game items will become unavailable.
Currently, its expiration date is unknown, but based on the length of events in previous years, it will likely remain available until around January 18, 2026.

Its unique effect is called Frozen Focusa passive that focuses on the Frostbite status effect. If you apply the Frostbite status effect to the enemy, you receive focus when hitting frozen enemies.
