The Palestinian militant group Hamas declared on Saturday that it was ready to surrender its arms to a future Palestinian authority “if the occupation ends”. Israel has killed more than 360 Palestinians in the devastated Gaza Strip since the latest ceasefire took effect on October 10, according to health authorities.
