Guardians Release the veteran 1b Carlos Santana

The Cleveland Guardians released the first goal player from the first base player Carlos Santana on Thursday, ending his third term with the club.

Santana, 39, has the least productive season of her career, with an oblique bar line .225 / .316 / .333 through 116 games. Son .650 Ops is the lowest in his career.

The 2019 All-Star had seen its playing time falling with the emergence of Kyle Manzardo and the CJ Kayfus recruit, who both crossed the Cleveland system as the first base player.
