- Israeli cloud security company Wiz has cleared an antitrust review from the U.S. Department of Justice regarding its acquisition by Google parent Alphabet (GOOG), said the CEO of Wiz in a Wall Street Journal event Tuesday.
- The deal, valued at around $32 billion, would be Alphabet’s largest acquisition.
