Google deploys the new Windows desktop application with projector search tool

Google announced Tuesday that it launched a new experimental application for Windows designed to help people find what they need more quickly. The application will allow people to use an Alt + Space shortcut to instantly search for information from their computer files, installed applications, Google Drive files and the web.

The search bar works similar to the search for Mac projectors, which allows users to quickly find anything on their device and on the web.

The new application is available via research laboratories, the Google experimental program that allows people to test features at an early stage and provide comments before being widely published.

Google notes that the application has integrated Google Lens, which means that people can select and search for anything on their screen to do things like quickly translating images or text, get help with mathematics homework, etc. Users can also obtain deeper responses in Google IA mode, its search function which allows users to ask complex and multi-party questions via an AI interface.

Users have the possibility of switching to all results, AI mode, images, purchases and videos, etc. There is also the possibility of going into dark mode.

The new application is available in English and for users in the United States, a PC with Windows 10 or UP is required.
