The business tycoon also entered the perfume industry, music, sport and luxury hotels, after launching its fashion company, which made it a several billion.
The Armani group published a statement that said: “He signed Armani, as he was always respectfully and admiredly called by employees and collaborators, died peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones.”
The stattement by the bereaved family and company continued, “in this company, we have always felt like of a family. TODAY, with Deep Emotion, We Feel the Void Left by the One Who Founded and Nurtured this Family With Vision, Passion, and Dedication. But it is precisely in His Spirit that The Family Members Who Have Always World Alongside MR. Armani, Commit to Protecting What He Built and To Carrying His Company Forward in His Memory, With Respect, Responsibility, and Love.
The note also detailed that the late designer worked “tirelessly until the end of his days, devoting himself to projects under works.
