The mornings have been very foggy lately and it’s still cold, but it’s still a good route as long as you bundle up well. My back has also allowed me to take longer walks, up to half an hour and continuously, and I’m happy to be able to stand to cycle for long periods of time standing. All without sciatica or SI joint problems. I guess all the PT I do helps!
