The Indianapolis Colts and Atlanta Falcons will travel to Berlin, Germany for a Sunday morning game in Week 10.

The Colts were the biggest surprise in the NFL, going 7-2 in 9 games. The Falcons have been one of the more inconsistent teams, going 3-5 so far.

The Colts made a splash at the trade deadline by acquiring Sauce Gardner from the New York Jets. They already had a solid defense, and he immediately made them better. This is also an extremely important week for that, as the Falcons are relying heavily on Drake London.

This game, however, will depend on Atlanta’s offensive line. They are decimated by injuries, and that should make the difference. Kaleb McGary is on IR, while Matthew Bergeron and Storm Norton have been ruled out. Chris Lindstrom is also questionable and he could miss this game.

The Colts are not a team that blitzes at an elite rate. They’re relatively average in this department, but they’re still under high pressure. Overall, Indianapolis ranks seventh in the NFL in pressure rate (25%).

The Falcons are not a team that I think would have been able to slow down the Colts pass rush with a healthy line. There should be a clear advantage for Indianapolis at the line of scrimmage in this game.

This is also a case where the Colts should be able to control the line of scrimmage on offense. As good as Daniel Jones and the passing game are, Jonathan Taylor is the focal point here. He’s as good a runner as anyone in the NFL.

Indianapolis has one of the best offensive lines in the NFL. Atlanta set up their defense with smaller pass rushers, which allowed opponents to pass the ball to them. This should define how the Colts want to control this game.

The other thing here is that Atlanta didn’t travel well. The Colts are better at home, as are most teams, but they have still had a lot of success on the road. The Falcons have struggled to find success on the road this season.

The Colts will also have a major coaching advantage. I trust them to bounce back from a disappointing loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
