Imagine a world where each text you send, every purchase you make and each kilometer you drive is discreetly recorded and analyzed by a government that has never asked for permission. This world is not hypothetical; It’s here.
In fact, it is the Obama-Biden heritage. Their administrations have enabled executive branch agencies to use our data to manipulate the elections and silence of the opposite votes. This threat of the shadow remains, ready for any partisan hand to grasp. President Donald Trump’s push to rationalize the data of the agency for efficiency offers hope, but will need transparency and surveillance.
This plan for tyranny did not end with President Joe Biden. You will find below ten ways to harvest your data, exhibited in my new book, “They Coming for You”, (Broaddside Books, July 1) with stages to retaliate.
10 signs your personal data is sold online
1. Buy your data from brokers. What the government cannot legally collect, it often buys. The laws on federal skirt by buying your location history and your purchasing habits from data brokers. The applications in which you trust sell each of your movements, transforming your life into a deep milk cow. We can stop it by forcing agencies to obtain a mandate to access this data. Legislation as the fourth amendment is not to sell the sale law can conclude this data broker’s equity.
2. Social media monitoring. The allies of Barack Obama and Joe Biden forced Facebook and Twitter to bury the messages of Patriots, signaling the “bad blow” to silence the dissent. “They arrive for you” requires transparency, surveillance and denunciation / foia reforms to expose this deep handle of the state. If we apply these fixes, you can recover your freedom of expression.
3. Cellular sites simulators. By serving at Congress, I saw Sting lines – federal tools imitating cellular towers – lifting innocent telephone data without agency mandate such as IRS. I pushed a 2017 bill to stop this. A 2023 Cellular Site Simulator Act has also blocked. We must revive federal legislation to crush this deep state.
4. Facial recognition databases. The agencies go down in the photos of the DMV and the social media to spy on you, targeting the demonstrators with impunity. The request of the congress prohibits this non -American spy.
5. Financial transactions. With Obama and Biden, the IRS and the DOJ could cross your bank records, while the CDC bought telephone data to apply the locking. Insist on the requirements of the mandate and strict surveillance to expose this looting of the deep state.
6.. Your vaccine status and medical history is a fair game for bureaucrats to punish non-compliance. Return the federal laws on confidentiality and radical reforms to protect health data. Under the Congress to adopt legislation and stop this deep state intrusion.
7. Internet metadata. The NSA can follow your emails and your research without reason, map your life. Support legislation as the fourth amendment is not to sell the law to end this intrusion.

8. AI and automatic learning. Biden AI tools reported preservatives for deletion, predicting dissent. We must try to dismantle these partisan algorithms. We need transparency and monitoring of fine-small to brake this deep state bias. We must push systemic reforms, ensure responsibility and prevent the partisan algorithms from silencing the patriots.
9. Surveillance by mail. The police have too often taken a look at your mail without verification – an exaggerated game. Call public audits to exhibit this hidden violation.
10. Partnerships with NGOs and companies. NGOs and awakening companies whiten deep state data, blacklist patriots. Rally behind Trump to break these unhappy alliances.
The tyranny of Obama’s data – Biden – Manipulate the elections, the voices of the opposition and the snout discourse – modifies a deep shadow of the State.

Trump’s executive decree to eradicate information silos and improve data collection through agencies seeks the efficiency and economies of taxpayers, is a noble objective that I support. However, the lack of transparency of the administration fuels mistrust, risking a tool for supportive bureaucrats or future managers to be used.

Without complete disclosure, robust guarantees, legal protections with any slam and vigilant surveillance, this system could rekindle the abuses of Obama and Biden. We must work to impose transparency reports, apply strict data limits and defend the fourth amendment is not for sale. Trump has already started to cancel Obama’s inheritance -Biden, but it is only with these measures that we can guarantee that the data serves freedom, not tyranny.
