EasyPaisa Cattle Market Transactions for Eidul Azha

Lahore: Praying the ease and convenience for millions of people that the EIDUL AZHA digital bank, Easypaisa plays its role in the digitization of high -intensity cattle market transactions. The platform also allows users to fulfill their sacrificial obligations transparently via the EasyPaisa application.
Deployment of its QR code payment system based on Raast on certain cattle markets across Pakistan, Easypaisa is at the forefront of digitization efforts as part of the Pakistan State Bank campaign (SBP). This initiative takes advantage of the Raast instant payment system to promote a wider financial inclusion.
The service is available in several cattle markets in major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Multan. It allows users of EasyPaisa, as well as users of other digital bank applications and portfolios, send and receive effortless payments. To send money, users simply press the home screening code option, scan the QR code and enter the desired amount. To receive payments, users can press the same option and select “receive money” using a static or dynamic QR code. In addition, EasyPaisa users can give digitally sacrificial animals via the Shaukat Khanum Minim app in the platform.
Eidul Azha generates an important economic activity in Pakistan, the estimated total value of associated transactions reaching 839.2 billion rupees in 2024. In light of this scale, Easypaisa offers a secure digital transaction experience and without sewing aligned on the vision of the SBP of a digital financial ecosystem ecosystem.
