DevilC acquires the Cloud-1 to strengthen Salesforce’s capacities

Karachi: The company Company Company based in Pakistan Devincinc has acquired Cloud-1, a specialized partner and development company SalesForce, because it has emphasized CRM technologies to operate the global Salesforce rapidly growing ecosystem.
The agreement marks the second major acquisition of DevilC in 2025, after its purchase from January from alchemical group, and positions the company to extend its footprint in the Apac and MENA regions. The financial conditions for the acquisition of the Cloud-1 have not been disclosed.
This decision comes as the global Salesforce services market is expected to reach $ 32.7 billion by 2032, increasing TCAC by more than 14%, according to industry estimates. Salesforce remains the main CRM platform in the world, holding 23.8% market share with an annual turnover of $ 38.6 billion. “This acquisition illustrates our commitment to build a complete corporate ecosystem,” said the CEO of Devinc, USMAN AIF. “The capacities of Salesforce de Cloud-1, alongside our forces in AI, cloud infrastructure and payments, offer businesses a complete digital processing battery.”
The Cloud-1 provides computer expertise in the deployment and personalization of Salesforce solutions in all industries, including sales cloud, service cloud and system integrations. His CEO, Arsalan Khalid, will join Devierc as director of CRM Technologies.
