Things seem to be calming down between Geffen and her ex-husband, Michaels. The former go-go dancer withdrew the salacious civil lawsuit he filed against the billionaire music mogul in July, in which he alleged Geffen breached a contract.

Court documents showed that his attorney, Bryan Freedman, filed a motion to dismiss the suit without prejudice, meaning the case has been temporarily closed and can be refiled at a later date.

The legal expert, who also represents Justin Baldoni in his sexual harassment lawsuit against Blake Lively, said TMZ that the financial dispute relating to the case would be resolved through mediation.

Geffen and Michaels did not have a prenup when they got married. The 32-year-old man claims to be entitled to community property, but Geffen, retired for 15 years, would have no community income.

Michaels will now withdraw many of his most ambitious monetary demands because court mediation is limited to community property and spousal support.

Meanwhile, the documents reveal that Geffen, 82, has paid Michaels $200,000 since their separation in February, plus another $200,000 for rehabilitation, and also covers her $15,000-a-month rent in Manhattan.

The couple was only married for 23 months, meaning Michaels was only entitled to spousal support for one year.

In the now-dismissed civil suit, Michaels alleged that Geffen targeted him and used his trauma as a weapon for “personal gratification and public image,” saying he was promised lifetime financial support in exchange for giving up his career.

Michaels further claimed that their separation was about the systemic exploitation of a vulnerable and marginalized young gay black man by a rich and powerful white gay billionaire who believed he could get away with anything.

Elsewhere in his explosive lawsuit, Michaels alleged the Hollywood studio boss insisted on sexual “domination” and forced him to undergo painful surgeries and laser treatments to maintain a flawless appearance.

He explained that a simple ingrown hair could trigger Geffen, who would waste no time criticizing him for the perceived flaw.

Geffen allegedly financed painful surgeries to preserve his more youthful appearance, because “the existence of an ingrown hair was enough to arouse Geffen’s anger and trigger a flurry of instructions to correct the imperfection.”

Michaels alleged in his lawsuit that the film’s producer also demanded such an extreme sex life, in which he “obtained satisfaction by causing pain” and sought “total domination” over him.

He said the media mogul blocked him from pursuing his own career and left him to run his properties like a glorified “househusband.”

“[Geffen] wanted to be the savior, the white knight and the ‘top,'” the legal filing reads.
