NetEase Games has officially launched Destiny Rising Season 3 Act 1, a major content update for the licensed cross-platform sci-fi RPG shooter based on the acclaimed Destiny franchise. The update brings a host of exciting additions throughout the holiday season, including the return of a beloved raid, an all-new Tower Defense mode, and special in-game events featuring free character rewards—all designed to deliver a deeper and more engaging player experience.

The classic Destiny 2 raid “Crota’s End” will reappear in Destiny Rising on January 3rd! Players will revisit the lunar battlefield to face Crota, the Hive’s first god-level boss and son of the Taken King, in an epic confrontation. Those who successfully complete the challenge will be rewarded with an exclusive clearance reward.
This season also introduces a brand-new Tower Defense game mode [BULWARK OPS] live on December 30. Players can unlock single-player and three-player co-op options after completing specific tasks, defending against up to 30 waves of enemy attacks by shooting enemies and strategically placing defensive towers.

Players can earn points by eliminating enemies to purchase towers, and obtain tower after finishing stages to enhance combat effectiveness. The battlefields are designed with different environments, requiring players to adapt and deploy different types of defensive towers to successfully counter varying challenges!
To celebrate the new season, Kabr, the Resolute, will join Destiny Rising as a way to give back to players. Players can guarantee a free acquisition of this powerful Mythic Arc character by completing specific operational activities.
