Coffee approves the acquisition of Mag Silver by Pan American Silver

The Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission (Cofece) gave its approval to the acquisition by Pan American Silver of all the ordinary actions issued and in the circulation of Mag Silver.

This marks the final regulatory approval required to complete the arrangement, which should end around September 4, 2025.
