Cocktail bars recognized by Pinnacle guide in enlarged rankings

Asking for an occasional and earthy to the old world, the Pinacle guide has revealed a new class of cocktail bars like some of the best in the world.
Guide Pinnacle, a system of recognition of the world bar scene, has widened its scope and invited candidates from France, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy and Switzerland, in addition to the already eligible countries-the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico, Dubai, Spain, Singapore and Australia.
“This is never an exhausted list,” Fox Business Hannah Sharman-Cox, one of the three founders of Guide Pinnacle, told Fox Business. “It is sort of the purpose of this guide. It evolves and grows. It will never be complete.”

Sharman-Cox is an expert in the food and drinks industry with 25 years of experience.
The guide, which includes a rigorous application process and a series of anonymous criticisms in person who end with a several level classification system, brings one, two or three pins respectively to exceptional, exceptional and exceptional cocktail bars.
This year has closed the third cycle of official processes with new honors in Paris, in some parts of Italy and North America. The cultural powers have been highlighted as global epicenter of the acclaimed bar culture.

Bar 1802, Little Red Door and the Cambridge Public House, all clearly unique Parisian spaces, have been recognized as “exceptional” and drawn in two pins each.
Located inside the 4 -star hotel Monte Cristo, the 1802 bar makes its repertoire of cocktails for six months at a time.

“It’s great,” said Sharman-Cox about Dry Milano.
The office building of the old seven -story war overlooks the royal horse guards near the Buckingham Palace and is the most pinned building in the world.
The former meeting place for spies and military staff who have become luxury hotel is decorated with three fairs.
“It is a beautiful building steeped in British history,” Sharman-Cox told Fox Business. “There is a sake bar on the ground floor. It’s very traditional.”
KIOKU SAKE, a new accredited addition with seats for 28, deserved two pins this tower.
“In the basement, there is a spying bar,” said Sharman-Cox. “No phones. No cameras. There is no secret blow, but you should somehow know where you are going to find it.”

Raffles’ spying bar, an Owo Speakeasy found in parts used by MI5, collected two pins last year.
“There is half an Aston Martin in the wall,” she added. “How they got it there, I don’t even want to think about it.”
The bar and the Raffles Guard fair, also on the ground floor of the OWO, has a liquid tasting menu of eight mini-bissons and already has a pin.
As for the concept in force, Japanese culture has triumphed while four newly pinned bars cited heritage as inspiration.
“We have one in London but one in Bologna, Italy,” said Sharman-Cox about Japanese lifestyle bars. “I think Japanese culture is cool, n ° 1. Everyone wants to go to Japan.”

Sharman-Cox and the co-founders Dan Dove and Siobhan Payne have already closed the next phase of requests, which includes Canada.
In 2026, the Guide to the pinnacle will once again extend its world scope to include India and South Africa.
Among the bars newly pinned in North America are service services in Washington, DC; Sexy fish in Miami, Florida; Tiger Bar in Nashville; and Shinji’s and Thyme Bar located in New York.
