The WHO said on Wednesday it was time for formal health negotiations at COP climate summits, saying the climate crisis was also a health crisis. Speaking at COP30 in Bélem, Brazil, Estelle Willie, director of health policy at the Rockefeller Foundation, said adaptation, not just mitigation, was at the forefront of the Brazilian conference this year.
