Russell 2000 has been heading for the first record since 2021. The market has been in risk mode.

The Russell 2000 joined 2.4% and was on the right track for its first closing summit since November 8, 2021. A new summit would end a 967 -day section without record, according to data from the Dow Jones market. It would be its longest sequence since a sequence of 1,022 days of negotiation which ended in April 2004.
