Warframe’s The Old Peace update adds fourteen new Arcana in total to the stack, five of which are exclusive to Tektolyst. Leaving aside some new technologies that the Tektolyst Arcana themselves open up to Operator damage, the General Arcana themselves are nothing to scoff at. Specifically, a new Arcane called Arcane Persistence will make Health-Armor tanks much more viable in terms of stamina content.
Before we dive in, note that all stats presented here are for Rank 5 variants of these Arcana.
All new Arcans in Warframe
The following items are Tektolyst Arcana, which means you will need to obtain a Tektolyst artifact from Marie (The Catehedrale in Sanctum Anatomica) to equip them. Individual copies of these may be obtained on deposit for kill commandeered Prime Warframes during the missions of the Perita rebellion, but only in Steel Path mode. They tend to appear after a certain number of objectives, so to farm Tek Arcana, completing more objectives efficiently will yield better results.
Here is the introductory set of five Tektolyst Arcana available in Warframe:
- Zid-An Asheir: 6% status chance for all Warframe weapons for each enemy hit by a Tauron Strike, up to 300%. The buff lasts 30 seconds. +18% Tauron initial strike charge.
- Zid-An Haras: 48% Warframe ammo effectiveness for 30 seconds after performing a Tauron Strike. +18% amp ammo effectiveness.
- Zid-An Sek-Anguille: Become invisible for 30 seconds after activating a Tauron Strike. +9% Taurons strike charge rate.
- Zid-An Uskos: On Operator and Tauron Strike Kill: 2.4% thermal damage to primary weapons for the duration of the mission, maximum 250%.
- Zid-An Osbok: Void Slings strip 30% of enemy Overguard. When Overguard is removed: +3x Amp Critical Damage for 15 sec.

Every New Warframe and Arcane Weapon Added in The Old Peace
In total, Update 41 added nine arcana in total. All of these can be obtained as milestone rewards for completing floors 7, 14, and 21 of Infernum in Descendia. Note that running Floor 21 repeatedly to farm Uriel’s Warframe pieces does not drop further copies of these Arcana. Besides Descendia, you can also purchase them from Roathe in La Cathedrale for Maphico and Ignia (descendia-exclusive resources).
- Arcane Concentration (Warframe): When casting ability: +60% duration for 3 sec
- Arcane Bypass (Warframe): Run through enemies to steal 50% of their defenses yourself. Stolen armor lasts 15 seconds.
- Arcane Expertise (Warframe): 100% Ability strength modifiers are also applied to max shields.
- Arcane Persistence (Warframe): Remove all shields. If armor is greater than 700: Cannot be hit for more than 500 damage/s. This mitigation only applies to Health, not Overguard. This also applies after calculating damage mitigation via armor (and other sources like adaptation).
- Main rampart: Gain stacks of +1% damage for each unit of armor above 1000, up to a maximum of +500%.
- Primary debilitation: If an enemy has 10 stacks of a combined status effect, inflicting the same status effect again has a 100% chance of inflicting one of its base status effects.
- Primary overload: When you reach or exceed 90% energy: Gain 35% of maximum energy in multi-shot, capped at 100%.
- Secondary irradiation: When hitting enemies affected by 10 charges of Radiation: Deal 180% of hit damage to enemies within 7m.
- Melee careen: x2.50 Melee damage against frozen enemies. When thrown: frozen enemies within a 5.5m radius with a 2s cooldown.
