Celtic now expected to submit a new offer to sign the Premier League midfielder

Having already seen a rejected offer, Celtic should submit a second offer to sign a first league midfielder in front of the rivals of the old company.

Celtic benefits early on the rangers

After only two games in Scottish first, Celtic is already four points ahead of the Rangers after the two frustrating prints of the Gers. While Russell Martin’s team slipped, the Bhoys beat St. Mirren and Aberdeen with a new signature by Benjamin Nygren, even scored his first goal for the club in the latter.

Only Hearts equaled the Scottish champions by winning their two opening games, but Celtic hopes to move away from all the potential rivals to continue their domination under Brendan Rodgers this season.

After scoring his first goal for the club, the arrival of the summer told journalists: “This is how I want to play. I can run a lot, so I want to get involved as much as possible and help the team win, so I am very satisfied with my performance and the team’s performance today.

“It was incredible (his objective) – a perfect crossing of Kieran and a solid finish, and I ran to celebrate with fans and the team. I said it several times but, for me, football is nothing without fans. Celtic is such a big club with beautiful fans, so they are part of the team and part of the club, so I’m so happy to celebrate with everyone.”

Even after a solid start to the campaign, Celtic would always be looking for reinforcements and should launch a second offer to sign a midfielder from the Premier League.

Celtic should submit the second Irving offer

As Claret and Hugh reported, Celtic should submit another offer to sign Andy Irving from West Ham United after seeing an opening offer worth 2.5 million pounds sterling refused by the Hammers. The London Club would be held at 3.5 million pounds sterling to sell its midfielder in the midst of the interests of the Bhoys and their rivals, Rangers.

A source told Claret and Hugh: “There is a lot of interest but only one offer so far, and it was last month. I think they will soon get another offer.”

Despite their requested price of 3.5 million pounds sterling, we also think that West Ham would accept 3 million pounds sterling to sell Iriving this summer. In a transfer battle against their former rivals of the company, it is a price that Celtic should be able to equal before the arrival of the day limit in early September.

Even if he had a hard time matching the rhythm of the Premier League, Irving has always shown enough to win the praise of Jarrod Bowen. The West Ham star told journalists in February: “Andy worked incredibly hard and was incredibly patient. I get along very well with Andy. I had a lot of discussions with him and I always told him that I knew that his time would come because I saw him in training.”
