Lahore: The business community has extended warm congratulations to the head of the Asim Staff for its elevation to the rank of Marshal in the field on Tuesday, the highest military designation in Pakistan.
The former president of the Chamber of Commerce of the Saarc and the Iftikhar Ali Malik industry congratulated the exceptional leadership of General Munnir and the firm dedication to national defense. He described promotion as well -deserved recognition of strategic ideas, value and successful efforts of General Munnir to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.
Malik noted that the chief of staff of the army played a vital role in the protection of national interests and the maintenance of peace and stability in the region. He added that under the command of General Munnir, the Pakistani army confirmed operational excellence and gained public confidence by its professionalism and its patriotic service.
Meanwhile, SM Tanveer, chief boss of the United Business Group (UBG), also made Congratulations to General Munnir for his elevation.
Tanveer expressed his confidence that General Munnir’s continuous leadership would play a central role in the formation of the future of Pakistan. He said the business world was determined to work alongside national leaders to promote economic growth and development. “As we celebrate this step, we reaffirm our determination to transform Pakistan into an economic power, similar to Asian tigers,” added Tanveer. “With strategic planning, innovative policies and collaboration efforts, we believe that remarkable progress is at hand.”
