Black stone (B.X.) has tapped Goldman Sachs (GS) and CBRE Group (CBRE) to advise on a potential sale of its UK residential rental business, Leaf Living,
The platform is expected to fetch around £1 billion ($1.3 billion) in a deal, according to a Monday media report, Bloomberg.
