Below Deck Med Captain Sandy Reprimands Nathan After Big Mistake

Captain Sandy had to intervene to reprimand the boatswain Nathan Gallagher after a misstep with the deck team Under the Mediterranean Bridge.
During the Monday, November 17 episode of the hit Bravo show, Nathan found himself frustrated when Joe Bradley took a long pause, leaving the bridge unattended. Sandy made it clear to Nathan that he needed to do better when it came to assigning someone to the bridge.
Nathan shot Aesha Scott aside from some tips on how to overcome being friends with Joe while creating structure for him, Max Salvador And Victoria San Juan. Sandy also pointed out that Nathan was too friendly with Joe when he needed to be his boss.
Season 10, which premiered in September, reunited Aesha with Captain Sandy and now Boatswain Nathan. In addition to the past Under the bridge star deckhand Max, the rest of the crew includes chef Josh Bingham and stews Kizzi Kitchener And Cathy Skinner.
“Consistency makes a better boat,” Sandy said exclusively. Us every week to hope to stay with certain members of the same crew from one season to the next. “We don’t always train people and they don’t always find their feet. But to be honest, each boat we receive each season is different. It’s rare that we have the same boat each season.”
Sandy explained that there are always obstacles, sharing, “It doesn’t matter if you come back or not, you’re still going to have to find the boat because it’s probably going to be a different boat. Having consistency when we come back is great because the trust factor for me is there – or the monitoring factor to make sure I keep an eye on them. Because sometimes they’re just not good at some things but they’re great at others.”

She concluded: “Aesha is complete. [With Nathan]I think unless you’re pushed into something, you’ll never know if you’re fit for it. I think pressure makes us better. I apply the pressure and see how well Nathan handles this pressure.
After Joe joined the team, the deckhand discussed his new normal with Nathan.
“Having Nathan as your boss was nice to see because you get to see a person grow. But make no mistake, you see a very different side of Nathan this season. If you’re a little more organized, things will go smoother,” Joe teased to Us earlier this month. “He’s the boss so I’m going to respect his position.”
Joe remembers not wanting to “step on any toes” after joining Bravado.
“I want to be there. I want to be there for a dear friend and respect a professional position, no matter who it is,” he continued. “So I was nervous? Not at all. I just want to be there for someone. That’s my point of view.”
According to Joe, it’s been a while since he last spoke to Joe, adding: “He’s a dad and he might be on a boat somewhere – I’m not too sure. We’re just not really into socializing. [and] we don’t really talk.
Under the Med Bridge airs on Bravo Mondays at 8 p.m. ET. New episodes air the next day on Peacock.
