Back to driving again – Bionicoldguy

I mainly overcome the tibia splints mentioned in my last post by Friday (although they are still a little painful if I try to stretch them). So, since last Friday, I was able to go stronger on my rides, Friday and Sunday being hard rides, including intervals and strength training on bikes, while Saturday and yesterday were high body training sessions. It was great to be able to start again faster. The Sunday’s journey included a good visit to the Ranch Bernal-Gulnac-joint park in the south of San Jose. This week, it was hot again but still cool in the morning, so I had all my training early.
