- ASSA ABLOY (OTCPK: ASAZF) has acquired International Door Products, a U.S. manufacturer of standard and custom fire-rated steel door frames, it announced Monday.
- Sales for 2024 amounted to approximately 29 MUSD (approximately 300 MSEK) with a strong EBIT margin. The acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the outset.
