The defender of Bournemouth, Dean Huijsen, is a player in demand this summer, and several clubs wish to obtain his signature.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea want to sign the talented young Spanish defender, and they will have to pay 50 million pounds sterling to conclude the agreement.
The player weighed his options
The player would assess his options and he will make a decision in summer. It will be interesting to see where it will end.
He has already established himself as a reliable defender of the Premier League, and he will only improve with training and experience. He has the attributes to become a high -level player. Even if the price requested at 50 million pounds sterling may seem a bonus at the moment, the Spanish defender could justify the investment in the future.
Arsenal could use more depth in the defensive unit, and the 20 -year -old man would be a long -term investment for them. However, they must improve the other areas of their team, and a central defender is not a priority. Spending 50 million pounds sterling for Spanish could be problematic.
Liverpool and Chelsea need Dean Huijsen
Regarding Liverpool, they should do everything in their power to sign the 20 -year -old this summer. Joe Gomez is quite subject to injuries and Jarell Quansah is not good enough to start regularly in the Premier League. Liverpool cannot depend on Virgil Van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate to start each match. They need more depth at their disposal and Huijsen would be ideal.
Regarding Chelsea, they will need a quality central defender in summer. Benoit Badiarshile could leave the club at the end of the season, and Huijsen would be a solid replacement. It will be interesting to see which of the three clubs manages to conclude the agreement.
