“I’m so heartbroken that I can’t be here with you all. We have sincerely tried everything we can and I apologize from the bottom of my heart,” she concluded.

After the premiere in Sao Paulo, the next screening will take place in Paris on November 7, in London on November 10, in Singapore on November 13 and in New York on November 17.
