A “major” change is necessary to repair the fractured links between Turkey and its Kurdish minority after the move of the historic disarmament of the PKK, said on Sunday imprisoned Abdullah Ocalan. His message was relayed by a pro-Kurdish delegation from the party visiting Imrali prison, where he has been detained since 1999.
