A series of Thriller Crime by Marvel Star explodes on Netflix

Whenever people wake up naked and covered with tattoos on the New York Times Square, it is generally because they were in town the previous night and had too much fun. From time to time, however, this could be the result of their erased memories because they have a mysterious and dangerous past. The protagonist of “BlindSpot”, Jane Doe (played by the veteran of Marvel Cinematic Universe, Jaimie Alexander, who was briefly seen, like Lady Sif in “Thor: Love and Thunder” of 2022) can relate to this last situation, and his captivating adventures are captivating Netflix Viewers – five years after their arrival on NBC.

“Blindspot” was created in 2015 and lasted five seasons, gaining positive criticism but not much momentum when it comes to the coherent brass band. Season 1 was on average 11 million viewers, but the public sold mass as the series progressed. However, it seems that the actuator created by Martin Gero is more popular than ever in 2025, because the data obtained by FlixPatrol reveals that he is mounting in the Top 10 of Netflix. It is hardly surprising, however, because the spectacle offers the type of thrills that have made other series and popular films among entertainment fans in High Octane.

BlindSpot recalls other fun mysteries

“Blindspot” opens with Jane Doe who finds himself naked inside a travel bag, and her ink is the only thing that connects her to her past. In short, Jane’s tattoos are clues to unresolved crimes, which attracts the attention of the FBI agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton), who wants to go to the bottom of the mystery. As the series progresses, we learn that Jane is quite great in the fights, which raises even more questions.

Any story that implies a protagonist and government agencies struck by amnesia will inevitably make comparisons with the “Bourne” films, which see Matt Damon playing a CIA agent who is entangled in a conspiracy involving his own team. Jaimie Alexander adopted the similarities with these films, revealing that she channeled Damon’s famous action hero at a 2015 press event covered by City News everywhere:

“It is so cool that an actress, as a woman, to obtain a role like this, it is very often Jason Bourne, that you do not see very often for women.”

While the saga “Bourne” is the obvious comparison, “BlindSpot” is also similar to “Manifest”, another NBC series which found a wider renown after streaming on Netflix. The two show central characters who must start again as a result of mysterious events, and although “BlindSpot” does not contain supernatural elements, its central premise is still quite relaxed and intriguing – and it is undoubtedly why the subscribers of Netflix do not have enough.
