A new Airhelp report highlights how airports in the United States have occurred, giving 250 airports around the world a classification in its 2025 Airhelp score.

“Our objective with the Airhelp score is to use data to provide travelers with a thorough overview of how airports behave and help guide their flight booking decisions,” said Airhelp CEO Tomasz Pawliszyn, in a press release. “It is the passenger experience that is the most important here.”
Airhelp found that these airports were the worst in the United States:
Newark Liberty Airport

Of the 34 American airports included in the Airhelp Score report, Newark Liberty International Airport obtained the lowest scoring, with 7.25. The airport serves tens of millions of passengers each year, with 48.9 million people on the wheel in 2024, according to the port authority in New York and New Jersey.
Fort Lauderdale Hollywood airport

Fort Lauderdale Hollywood’s Airhelp score was 7.38 this year. The airport, which the organization found the second in the United States, is located in southern Florida.

A score of 7.41 won Philadelphia International Airport The classification of n ° 32 among American airports and 188 in the world, according to Airhelp.
